We are pleased to welcome guests for stays of one night or longer, however a minimum stay of 2 nights may apply at Bank Holidays and other peak holiday times.
Ours is a non-smoking establishment but you are welcome to smoke in the garden.
We are sorry but we do not have facilities suitable for pets.
We use locally sourced and home made products for our breakfasts where possible, and can offer a range of breakfasts from full English cooked (with a vegetarian option) to Continental style.
We do not serve evening meals as we have a range of good quality pubs in the area. The nearest is only 100 metres from our B&B.
There is also an excellent range of restaurants in Bradford on Avon and Bath (5 and 8 miles respectively)
We have a twin and a double/family room. They can have private or shared facilities as there is a guest bathroom and a recently modernised (late 2009) shower room.
Each room has a washbasin, tea/coffee making facilities, TV with DVD player.
The guest refrigerator is located on the same floor as the guest rooms, and fresh milk is provided for guest use.
King’s Stile Cottage is a 300 year old cottage situated in the centre of the village of Atworth. We are only 8 miles from Bath, 5 miles from Bradford on Avon and within easy reach of Lacock, Castle Combe, Avebury and other historic locations.
Cyclists, walkers and river/canal enthusiasts have plenty to do in the area. We are on the Wiltshire Cycleway, we have several walks starting near to the house and the River Avon and Kennet and Avon Canal are not far away.
Payment may be made by personal cheque, traveller’s cheque or cash. We are very happy to receive payment in Euros, Pounds or American dollars.
